frauds. And tell me again how taking money out of the public school fund to give vouchers for private, religious schools and home schooling is returning responsibility to the states. And tell me again how letting insurance companies deny claims for preexisting conditions is returning responsibility to the individual. Or how letting people suffer and die because they can't afford the healthcare they need is something that we, as an ostensibly civilized society should even consider allowing.
