1. Their survey has a 26% response rate, self-selected by the respondents.
2. According to their own numbers, only one in three papers took any position on whether climate change was primarily anthropogenic.

So the conclusion is that a high proportion of the people who expressed an opinion believed it was anthropogenic, but a majority expressed no opinion at all. How you take this as evidence that the people who did not express an opinion held the same proportionate opinion as those who did is beyond me.

They also completely discounted the opinions of people from outside the field who would have insight into the techniques and methods they were using, like engineers and data science people.
