If there's a live mic or camera within 10 miles, he will RUSH to stuff his face in front of it and ramble on without a clue as to what he's talking about. As a Member of Congress, you expect that. As an AG, it's a great way to screw up any major case. And "competent" underlings DON'T make a habit of staying around when an idiot is at the helm.
