The program 'chntpw' is included in many Linux based bootable utility disks, including Knoppix, UBCD, and possibly even Parted Magic.

Other bootable NT password recovery utilities also exist.

These will be helpful in case you need to perform an upgrade install of Windows 10, since that requires logging into a running instance of the old OS. Boot the tool, run chntpw, then use it to unlock/unhide the local account 'Administrator' and remove its password if it has one set.
