FURTHER proof that a SITTING President maintains the authority for invoking Executive Privilege: Biden DID "pull back" some documents from the time surrounding January 6th on the basis of "national security" for materiel produced by the National Security Council during that period. Biden specifically did NOT remove privilege from ALL documents, logs, and communications from Tr*mp's ENTIRE time in office, just SOME of those documents from the election to the attack on the US Capitol. The conclusion that the SCOTUS ruling forces EVERYTHING to be revealed when a President leaves office is objectively UNSUPPORTED by the FACTS.
