These are the ones I know so far:
 BAS      (coffee)     "Black As Sin"
 JBM      (coffee)     "Jamaica Blue Mountain"     
 DnS      (coffee/tea) "Dark N' Sweet"
 Double D (coffee/tea) "Double sugar, Double milk" 
 TAD      (tea)        "Tea of Absolute Darkness"
 GAP      (tea)        "Green As Poison"
 SLP      (tea)        "Saloop"                    
 OJ       (juice)      "Orange Juice"
I think I've never seen "Hot Choc" replaced with HC. I guess chocolate is just too sacred to taint with acronyms! ~;)
