The enemy in Grunyon's face appears to be down, so to his thinking, it is now "non-combatant", and not something to expend resources on while there are bigger fish to fry.
And the big fish to his mind is that nice big clump of enemies that have not fallen down, yet. Casting Stun Ball may take more out of him that casting stun bolt, but whacking a bunch of people/things at the same time just makes sense.
So, trying to be FAR more careful about the targeting placement, this time, Block tries to lob another Force 5 Stun Ball into the general vicinity of the clump of things. Except this time, he's not aiming for the exact center. Instead, he wants the target offset about a meter to the left and a meter to the rear.
