Block turns to check Ace out.  Something huge and scarily-gorilla-sized enters the fray from the doorway, seemingly a chaotic tapestry of streaks, spots, tears, and flashes, but heading towards the queen thing still clamped and shacked to the gurney.  Whatever it is looks a lot like a color-scanned version of an empty television channel, with a large bipedal outline shifting into (and out of) focus.  The room echoes from gunfire, and unprotected ears are hissing and ringing.  The gallery appears to be well and truly subdued - which is odd when you consider all of the blood, detritus, and remote defenses thet you all encountered just to get here...
