Out in the distance, over where the nightmare is undulating towards you, you think you can hear a howl way off in that direction. It's kind of a lonesome howl, maybe some critter on it's own hunt, deep in the park. The distant howls that answer it from what seems to be all sides of the building - but still a long way off - that's probably just some coincidence. Probably means nothing. The shady form continues to billow in your direction, and for a wonder nobody else on the street seems to notice their passing...
