Whether CR actually *is* over the line is irrelevant. The line is different for different people, so it's highly subjective
If SS, or yourself, or anyone *FEELS* someone is over the line, they should report it. CR may not feel he's over the line. You feel he is. *that* is why it should be reported. So an impartial party can judge the situation and decide on an appropriate response, and take whatever action they feel necessary, be it asking the one requesting a judgment to have a thicker skin, or banning the person being judged.
Complaining about it for multiple days is just having a hissy, and serves little purpose.
