Don't forget to include access for the handicapped. 1. Make the kiosk area accessible, and don't assume a standing position. 2. Consider allowing for voice actuated controls 3. Consider some kind of handset/headset option with amplified earpeice for hearing impaired. The US government has mandated accessibility features for government websites and gov't information kiosks, it currently doesn't impact business but, who knows when it will. Besides it's just nice to think about the handicapped when designing these things. A good site for info on accessibilityis: Section508.gov Ed
