Actually, this is not a bad idea.  I had been researching ARN-59 solutions for local-range direction finding (GPS's are good, but not down to the inch) and (of course) I'm using 6-m radio [KD4DLB, at your service!] to "make the links".

This (AdaFruit XBee technology) is SOOO cool!  They resolved my range-comm problems with the ZigBee wireless stack and mesh topologies --- it's nothing less than incredible.

Guess I've got something more to think about, huh?

Thanks for the heads-up!  This could resolve a lot of problems...     Some I hadn't even realized I had...
