Since nothing appears to be trying to eat Ace, Grunyon scoots through the door and walks into the foyer. He looks for the signage that always exists in a building like this - what company logos are visible?
He is also curious about the computers - why are they off? Did someone cut the power, shoot them to bits or were they just shut down? If the latter, he *briefly* considers turning one on ... but decides against the idea, anyway.
Given the damage in the room, is there any small sized bits of debris laying about? Perhaps a chunk of building the size and mass of a roll of coins?
(OOC: This is a standing request until he finds a bit like that. Block would prefer a chunk of concrete, or a piece of wood with no RF tag, but a cop's badge, discarded clip, glasses case, power brick, small decorative vase, et cetera would serve in a pinch.)
After that, he stops, and tries to figure out where the noise is coming from. The boys outside said, "down there" implying the basement, but if the thing is loose on this floor, it'd be better to know, now. |
