imdb: 3.6/10 Many people claimed this would be a return to the 'Road' movies of Hope and Crosby. Oooh the anticipation! When they saw it, they found that... it was a return to the 'Road' movies of Hope and Crosby and were upset. "Hoffman can't sing!" "Beatty can't sing!" Ummmmmm.... yeah? That's the whole point! There are boring parts and there are funny parts. It's uneven. But some of it can be quite enjoyable. I saw it when it opened, then as part of a double-feature, then at the drive-in (part of a marathon), then on video many times (I own a VHS copy).
