Setting: Binkley and Dad sitting at the kitchen table, Binkley eating a bowl of "Yuck something" cereal.
Panel 1:
Dad (sleepily): "Binkley, you woke me up again last night with one of your stupid screaming 3 AM panic attacks."
Binkley (with a spoon jammed in his mouth): "What'd I scream?"
Panel 2:
Dad: "We're stuck in a national Groundhog Day nightmare!! Bill Clinton will soon be stalking the halls of the White House again, pinching asses with both hands!"
Binkley (munching on his cereal, look of bemusement on this face): Munch... munch...
Panel 3:
Dad (looking sternly at Binkley): "This is a problem, son."
Binkley (looking right back at him): "I know, Pop."
Panel 4:
Dad (fingers folded under his chin): "Any solutions come to mind?"
Binkley (waving his fingers in front of his Dad's face): "Oven mitts."
