So, I've been working on losing weight. I started out a few years ago at ~265, about the heaviest I've ever been. I got down about 40 pounds using a low-carb diet and kept it off for a year, then fell off the wagon and about 10 pounds tracked me down and attached themselves to my butt.

So went on a "standard" low Calorie diet and dropped about 10 pounds over 6 months then plateaued at 220 - for two months. I was down to 1500 Calories per day and doing aerobic exercise 3X/week. So I gave up and started low-carb again on Saturday (inspired by the Two Lumps cup meatcake series.) We'll see how things look on Saturday when I weigh myself again. but I'm feeling better, more energy, sleep better and I feel like I'm down about 5 pounds.

My goal is 200; I haven't seen the low side of 200 since I was in the Navy in the 70s. Maybe I'll dig out my cracker jacks and make them my goal!
