      Block's Actions by rebill 2015-08-16 11:48:06
Grunyon goes through his normal morning rituals like he would any other day, carefully charging the belt buckle that acts as his health focus. He ignores the memory of someone saying "my precious" in those old 21st century vids, and go about his usual day.

Assuming my e-mailed interpretation was correct, the dice rolls:
Casting: Force 3 + 9 dice: 3,1,2,2,6,4,2,3,6,2,2,6. Drain Resist 9 dice: 2,1,1,6,4,2,4,1,5

After being invited to meet Mr. X, Grunyon makes sure to change out of his work clothes. Since the meet is going to be in a club, he changes into his "a dwarf having a night out" clothes as well as his nice (armored) jacket. He loads the Fichetti with a clip of non-lethal gel rounds and clears the chamber, but still carries the harder stuff in a spare clip just in case events require it.

He switches off the "Grunyon" commlink (the Metalink), and turns on the "Meridian" commlink (the Novatech), while on foot between the public transport drop and the entrance to the club.

At the club, his plan is to try to blend in, trade some Nuyen for a beer or two (which he does NOT drink ... find a quiet spot to "accidentally" set down and forget the first one, nurse the second one until Mr. Johnson shows).

He does scan the crowd for Mr. X, both with his eyes and astrally

Perception: 3 dice: 1,3,6
Assensing: 3 dice: 6,6,1

then unless it is an obvious trap, he follows the instructions to meet at the rendezvous point. If he gets there before the troll, and if has any clue about what kind of drinks trolls typically like, ask a server to get one ready and "bring it over once my chum arrives."

If he sees and recognizes Ace he says, "call me Block" to him - hopefully before Ace gets a chance to say his real name out loud. If not, go with the flow, but insist on "call me Block".
