    In answer to your request Mr. Block, here is some character information that *you* would know but that Rebill might not: feel free to share it with him at your leisure.  The "low wall" surrounding Central Park is anywhere from three feet to six feet, depending on the drift of the land as it comes up to the wall.  While most natives just hop the wall when/where it's convenient (and they're on foot), there are myriad "official" entry points to Central Park.  (Official hours for the park are 0600 to 0100 inclusive: That's 19 hours per day.)  Central Park is inarguably Manhattan's largest park.  There are 20 "gateways" into/out of Central Park - here they are:

The Central Park Drives are open to motor vehicles during the following times, (except on holidays):
    * Central Park West Drive: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 10 AM
    * Central Park East Drive between East 72nd and Lennox: Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 7 PM
    * Central Park East Drive between 6th Avenue Entrance and east 72nd Street: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM

The following Central Park entrances and exits are closed to motor vehicle traffic: (but bicycle and foot traffic are still welcome)
    * East 59th/60th Street at the 5th Avenue Entrance (Grand Army Plaza)
    * East 90th Street Entrance
    * East 102nd Street Entrance and Exit
    * West 72nd Street Slip-off ramp, just north of Strawberry Fields
    * West 77th Street Entrance
    * West 90th Street Entrance and Exit
    * West 106th Street Exit
    * West 110th Street/Cathedral Parkway Entrance

The following Central Park entrances and exits are open to motor vehicle traffic:
    * Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. Boulevard Entrance and Exit
    * Lenox Avenue Entrance and Exit
    * West 59th Street (Central Park South) and 7th Avenue Exit
    * West 59th Street (Central Park South) and Avenue of the Americas (6th Avenue) Entrance
    * West 72nd Street Exit and Entrance
    * East 72nd Street Exit and Entrance
    * West 85th Street Entrance
    * West 96th Street Entrance
    * West 100th Street Exit and Entrance

    NOTE: There are High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) restrictions in Central Park between 7 AM and 1 AM.  All motorists must have at least one other passenger in the vehicle if they are driving on the park's West Drive from the Lenox Avenue and 110th Street entrance to the 7th Avenue and 59th Street (Central Park South) exit.  This includes all vehicles entering the park's West Drive from all entrances in between.  There are no HOV restrictions on the East Drive in Central Park from Avenue of the Americas (6th Avenue) and 59th Street (Central Park South) to Lenox Ave and 110th Street.

    ...and that's pretty much the lowdown on Central Park, and what "everybody knows".
