17JUN03 -- six cigarettes, weight not available. by mmell 2003-06-18 08:33:19
Forgot to step on the bathroom scale last night. Oops!
  • Holding firm at six cigarettes per day. If I'm still at that level on 15JUL03, I'll try to make the jump to zero from there!
  • It's kind of exciting -- I can think of so many advantages to not smoking! If I succeed, I need to find a dojo where I can get back into karate. That oughtta make the pounds melt off! Yippee!!
