This laptop must have broken some kind of record for the shortest lasting repair. Time from tested to put on shelf: 1 minute (i'm being overly generous). Time on shelf: 15 hours (roughly). Time in posession of customer before it 'broke': 30 minutes (about) Now the blasted thing won't power up at all. Battery is stone dead. charge light doesn't even try to come on. Won't even boot without the battery. Voltage from AC adapter is within spec. wibble The lesson? I suppose it might be: Beer good. Beer on laptop bad.
