Just had a weird post where I got modded due to an email address. That kind of rule should be nessiary as there is a technical solution. If you want help setting up a PF rule set to prevent this I can see what I can do. There is a bit of reading to do but once you get the concept it is a trivial solution to implement. Best of all it is upstream of the users so it is transparent. btw I (finally) responded to your post on my router question. Man you should see the setup now! BGP routing rocks! We had our wifi go down (WRT pooched) and the routes all rebuilt themselve automaticly.. it was beautiful =). Clutter me with a throwaway email on my page and will get back to you.
