Why do stupid people own computers? Customer returned a system we had done some minor cleanup on complaining of "Skipping audio" and "deleted printer drivers". Evidently this person felt that since we were the last people to service the system, we caused the problems. The "skipping audio" was a media player was set to "intro" mode. The "deleted printer drivers" - haven't a clue. The printer drivers appeared to be installed (but no printer to test with). I suspect their printer was not working before we serviced this computer.
