As Leeson starts climbing down the ladder, he starts to say, "but ..." and then decides it's not a really good idea to distract a guy on a ladder.
Block shrugs and thinks to himself, "oh well, I guess I'll pick some random perch and hope for the best"
Block turns to Ace, and says, "You ready to be airlifted? I like the looks of that tower down at the end of the block. While I'm flying us, can you keep a sharp eye out for Reggie or anyone taking an interest in what we're doing?"
Block *finally* remembers to put on his helmet, and turn on the visual bonuses that it has.
Assuming that Ace agrees, Block intends to cast Levitate on Ace and himself, and then shift them both down the block towards the border between Central Park and the hunting area. The top of tower on the West corner of 76th street and Central Park West (160 Central Park West) seems like a good vantage point to look down some of the street.
Block tries to keep himself and Ace close to the roof line, so they do not have too far to fall in case something bad happens and he loses the flight spell. He also wants to stay as hidden from prying eyes as much as possible, all the while leaving Ace an opportunity to scout.
HOWEVER, if Ace spots something interesting mid-flight, Block is perfectly willing to redirect based on Ace's navigation requests.
On the unlikely chance that he notices Reggie or Miss Garcia, call out the sighting to the team.
