I arrive on the roof, and notice the 3 guys standing near the edge overlooking the park.

3? That's not right.

I size up Leeson, and as he greets me, I wait a moment processing the possibilities. Is he a mage with a watcher spirit? Is he augmented in such a way that he heard me? Is he just that d4 good?

Perception(3,3,1,5,1,2,6)

Gauging from my surroundings it could be a lodge, so he could be a shaman, from the garbage all over, most likely a rat. If that's the case, his watcher probably caught me coming up and told him I was here.

Deciding that further camouflage is useless I drop my chameleon cloak, and walk into the group. "Nice view"

I take mental note that we're surveying the park, and surprisingly, Ms. Garcia's place. We might get lucky and kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

Perception(6,5,6,4,3,6,4)

I keep my eyes peeled on the area below us, trying to see if Reggie or any of his entourage are showing up.
