Preface this by saying that the caller had recently relocated their computers.
They re-connected everything "exactly as it was before".
Their ISP walked them through some steps which (i believe) broke their connection share.
I suggested the best fix would be to go with an external NAT router.
This person (who was NOT a customer) felt they were too expensive.
My *free* advice was they had 2 choices:
1) Reinstall their connection share (they said they set it up themselves)
2) Bring both computers in and pay to have it set up.
