If he gets a chance in the monologue, Block wants to see if he can link in to that noisy comms Van's transmissions. It was so bad it bled over, so, with his kit, he should be able to find it again. But what do I roll for this? The idea is to see if he can hear the chatter from the comms Van - if they have heard anything about Reggie, or perhaps spotted him?
