4-panel daily strip
Setting: Ticket-taker's podium for Like-a Bus Airlines. Steve Dallas has a rolling suitcase in hand and is handing his ticket to the attendant (a woman with glasses, hoop earrings, bow in her hair, and standard airport person skirt and blouse).
Panel 1:
Attendant: "Are you traveling with a companion?"
Steve: "Sorta. Hold on."
Panel 2:
Steve turns to look behind him and snaps his fingers... SNAP!
Panel 3: Opus appears, looking earnestly up at Steve as he holds Steve's arm in his hands.
Opus: "You poor battered, henpecked 21st century white male! The world seems so against you now! But I'm still with you! Courage!"
Panel 4:
Attendant: "Your emotional support animal."
Steve: "Yep."
Opus (looking at us, now with his traveling hat with a flower, and suitcase in hand, thumb up, and a gleeful expression on his face, loudly saying...): "FLYIN' FREE, BABY!"
