sslr (also SSLR) = Short Subject Line Rant: A complaint that the topic line is a few characters too short for what the poster wanted to type. Subject line in ARS is 50 characters. IAMA(M/L/D/A/) = I Am Not A (Moderator/Lawyer/Doctor/Accountant): A standard disclaimer when replying to a request for expert opinions. It indicates that the person replying may have some experience or knowledge of the subject, but is not a professional, and that the information may be incorrect, or misunderstood by the person replying FTW = For the Win: a web Meme usually indicating an unusual situation where the underdog beats the champion, give an example if we can think of one
