Holding (more or less) firm at this level. Stabilizing here will be an important step, as I lack adequate willpower to quit smoking cold turkey.
  • It is important that I not stabilize here as a point to once again start smoking more (which has happened in the past). I must stabilize here with the end in view that when this becomes a comforatable level of nicotine consumption, I must once again press myself to accept some discomfort.
