There is a patent app here which might help. also a physics forum discussion about voltage control in an electric vehicle application. That's just one minute of searching for information. What you're needing is just very tight voltage regulation and negative feedback looping for sensors. ADI SimPower is a power monitoring system from Analog Devices. They also have a thing called the "Engineer Zone" where I can post a request for information for you if you do not wish to make an account of your own. I highly recommend that you DO make an account, though. GREAT people at Analog, and they LOVE to help amateurs and hobbyists and TEACHERS. I get samples of things (one unit of a chip like a DDS or battery monitor). FREE.
