Thoughts on Doctor Who S05E03 by toysbfun2010-05-03 09:30:19
You have to have seen Old Who to understand this by confused.brit 2010-05-03 09:46:58
this.

The original Daleks were born on a planet ravaged by nuclear war. There were 2 races fighting for supremacy, the Kaleds and the Thals, and a third group of Mutants who were shunned by everyone.

The Kaleds were loosing the war until Davros created the daleks, extremly mutated to his specification Kaleds in metal shells, which he named by anagramming the race they came from.

So pure Dalek DNA is closer to Davros' original mutants, basically.

Note: in this episode Dr 4, Tom Baker's dr, had the chance to destroy the Daleks forever, but decided he was anti-genocide. Bet he wishes he did now!
