...no, he's heard about the predecessor with the jihadist's heart - and what happened to him - and decided that *that* person had done more damage to Islam here (in the plant) than all of the bad television interviews combined have done here in the west. in the interests of trying to maintain a better environment he apologized for the situation then asked me not to shoot him on general principles. We *ARE* in the South, I guess. ("Touche'!") So, I allowed as how I wouldn't shoot him as long as he wasn't doing anything obviously jihadic. ("What might that *look* like?" he asked. I responded that it was more of a perception, and I'd get back to him later...)
So peace reigns again, at least for the moment. Glad I'm not out there with him during the day, though. No telling what could happen... |
