I back-checked the apparatus in question (grapple gun), and discussed it with a few acquaintances who've used similar gear, and unless you want to pull a Wile E. Coyote and swing on a line longer than the distance to the ground (guaranteeing a momentous impact - fun and hilarious for your friends, but bringer of a bad case of ankle-hipple-itis to you) your only option is to swing off the southern corner of the building as well - but you'll make it to the ground faster, and with quite a few more style (and grace) points. Intact will also be listed in the bonuses there, but I suspect that's the point of this exercise...
