My father was a raging alcoholic who would be the nicest guy in the world until he drank, then he would be a horrible monster that wasn't safe to be around, and it eventually lead to his suicide. I do like to drink, occasionally. I have been known to drink in excess, rarely. I have to keep a conscious thought about how I feel about it, and why I'm drinking. Anyway, congratulations, and godspeed. You've already proven yourself to be a better man than most.
