"You were supposed to install W2K on this machine" Service tag said: cannot install harddrive - drive had 1 bad sector System had a CD-R with "Windows 2K" written on it in black marker. No certificate of authenticity. No sticker on the computer (an old 'beater') I don't install an OS without a COA. I don't install an OS from a copy. This clown used to be a "big wheel" in one of the ISPs... I hope he tries to push the matter with the owner... Sometimes 'Bill' can be your friend :-)
