I like vocal music best. Bach goes without saying, but apart from that I'm a little bit unusual: I like old music (medieval to renaissance) and then starting again in the 20th century (Glass, Pärt, Gorecki)
Do you play an instrument? From what I see, most people like the music best they know best. A few years ago I liked choir music best (I've always been in some choir), but now I'm learning to sing solo, I'm totally blasted away by solo voices. It's not unusual for me to start to cry during a concert, which can be a bit embarassing. :o) |
