 I love crawfish. I love Cajun and Creole cooking. I love Nawrleans. Which is why I'm saddened, nay crushed that I was unable to attend the New Orleans UFie Crawfish Boil that took place last Saturday.And to think! The crawfish I could have eviscerated with glee. Next time I'm thumbing a ride. :) Many thanks to NOLAWitch for putting this great little gathering together. I trust there'll be another sometime soon -- if you're near the Big Easy or just want an excuse to go, keep your eyes peeled for details of the next Boil!
