| In our neverending quest to find out what the heck you think, we're going to be putting together a couple of <marketingspeak>focus groups</marketingspeak>, made of up of UFies like you. The groups will be small (7-8 people) and the first session will be held on Tuesday February 20th, 2001 at 3:00pm PST over IRC. So...the first requirement to be involved is that you can do IRC and are available during that timeframe. The other requirement is that you fall into one of the following groups: Technical Support
Programmer
Student
Networking Specialist
System Administrator
If you fit into those, email your Age, Gender, Geographic location to focus@userfriendly.org. If you feel comfortable giving your yearly salary range in US dollars, that would be helpful, however it is NOT required and whether you do or not will have no bearing on whether you will be selected (and this is definitely not a sales meeting, we won't use this information for nefarious purposes. Darkside Dave isn't allowed to see your info!). Thanks...now on to your regularly scheduled program.

| We've been muy busy over at UF, and our two animators have been working hard ever since they took that Flash course. We're proud to present, as a bit of a Valentine's Day gift, a quickie trailer to animation #2. Hat's off to Lurch and Banacek for working so hard. Not like they had any choice, given that they're shackled to their desks. Naughty animators. You'll get food when you're done. And a thank-you-grandly to Yohimbe for taking care of the audio portion. Couldn't shackle him. Had to let him get at the machine room from time to time. [NB. from Yohimbe] Load problem for some of you has been corrected. Mea culpa. It was late...
