WCG NOW FIGHTING MUSCULAR DYSTROPHY: Is there no end to the good that spare CPU cycles can do? This from WCG Team UserFriendly.Org leader Didactylos: This launch is a little unusual. Because phase 1 of the project is so short (2 months, probably) and there is a gap between phase 1 and the much bigger phase 2, WCG have decided to run phase 1 on the United Devices agent only. So the BOINC launch will have to wait for phase 2.
This is the second project from scientists outside the US - Decrypthon is French. WCG is becoming truly international. This is also the first time WCG have been running five (count them, FIVE) projects simultaneously. WCG are very proud of this achievement.
