Over the last year the consulting company I used to work for has been slowly shrinking. So when I confirmed that bench time had been completely eliminated (September 17) I knew the end would be near. He gave a bunch of suggestions and checklists over a couple of postings. I though that having a headhunter's point of view was beneficial for all job seekers.
