Here it is, the famous UF Xmas Tree (click on the thumbnail to view the full size image). I get a lot of requests for this image at this time of year. Yes, you may copy it and print it on a t-shirt, sweatshirt, greeting card, or paper for your workstation...it's all good, except if you use it for commercial purposes, then Illiad and his arsenal of lawyers will be on yer butt.
A little gift from me to y'all! For you UFie purists, I dug through the images vault and located the original 1999 tree! I has less character balls, but all of the Seasons Greetings translations that were submitted by UFies during that month. I wish that I could locate the original letters to Santa from the Columbia Internet staff that went along with the tree, but I fear they are long lost.
Use the comments for this news item to post your best wishes to UFies everywhere this month. And from our house to yours, we again wish you everything bright in this holiday season and peace in the coming year.
Update Dec 1, 1:34 a.m. PST
The long lost letters to Santa have been found by UFie ideur!! This makes a grand start to the Holiday Season for me, folks, because these letters and the Christmas tree were some of the first official work that I did for UF as the WebDiva. I'm pleased to include them for you now. And ideur, you so rock!
