Backfeed updates for May:
There's an interview I did up on the CIPS Connections website in case you're interested in that kind of thing. The questions were mostly a refreshing departure from the usual that I've dealt with. My thanks to Stephen Ibaraki for conducting an easy-to-do interview. CAUTION: I mention the much-loathed <BLINK> tag a few times in one of the answers and the editor didn't HTML-ize them correctly; hence, if you view the interview with Mozilla or Netscape you'll probably have an epileptic fit. I've contacted the site and let them know they need to correct this. Browsers that don't interpret the tag just strip it out, so where you see "tag" put <BLINK> in front of it. I think I mentioned it three times in total.
The Big Foam Cluebats...everyone wants to know about the Cluebats. Because of the debacle with the original ones, we're proceeding slowly and carefully with a constant overwatch. The bat has been approved, the text has been OK'd so we're now in full production and they'll soon arrive at the UF Store (and thus the Sponsorships in March will beging shipping soon). I really apologize for the delay but we had to absolutely get this right.
I'm off to Duckon XII in Chicago, June 5 to 8 although I'm really only going to be around on June 6 and 7. If you're in the area or nearby, by all means come on by! Remember that Tech Support Illuminati Card from a while back? I'll be playing in a game of Illuminati there and it'd be great to meet (and crush!) some UFies while I'm at it. There's also talk of a UFie gathering for dinner or a movie somewhere, so get thee on the road! Read my review of Duckon XI from last year.
There'll likely be another Backfeed update in a few days or so. Gah...my datastream is swelling...
