| They've been a long time coming, but you'll start seeing some new additions to the site fairly soon, and a string of new (and in many cases extremely cool) developments over the coming year. I don't want to let on as to what these things are just yet, but I promise I'll give you all of the details when the time is right. Let's just say that I really like the idea of getting all of you even more involved in UF's growth as a site and as a community. ;-) One thing you'll see return that I can mention is a much higher frequency of postings to the news column. The reasons for this will become clear in the near future. Lastly, we have a couple of contests coming up in April that I think should be a heap of fun. Was that vague enough? :)

There's not much there yet.. but that's just cause no one has added their pics yet.. so if you chat in #userfriendly.. head over to Mugshots and add yer shot! (yah yah I will eventually...)

| Just got in from San Francisco, quite literally. I stepped off the plane a little over an hour ago and here I am connected and buried under an avalanche of e-mail. :-o I'll get to everyone's e-mails as quickly as I can, as always. I have to thank a few people for helping us out in SF, however: JC Dill over at Onyx, Ed and Brad over at Imagine Media (who really should produce 'The Ed and Brad Show'), and, uh, a few others that I'm sure I forgot (and I'm certain I'll pay for being in a sleep-deprived haze while I try to compose this). Anyway, nice to be back. Now I need to start ice-picking my way through all of that e-mail. :)
