CRUUUUUISIN', ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON: I'm back from the first Illiad's Oddity cruise! It was, as to be expected, a gas! It was a real pleasure meeting all the folks that I did, and an extra tip o' the hat to Captain Neil of Geekcruises for pulling it all together! From SCUBA diving to rainforest hiking to great classes to geeking via satellite linkup on the ship, overall the experience couldn't be beat. Yes, Cap'n Neil and I have talked and we're planning on a second Oddity, possibly one to Alaska. Not sure when it'll be; details to be revealed as I get them.
