Salary range is from 72K to 90K, and we offer performance bonuses. You must live in Greater Vancouver. The offices will be located in or near Richmond, B.C.

You'll be working for a properly funded start-up as one of four key people. You not only get to interview and hire your own dev team, you also get to make all of the critical architecture decisions in the company's flagship product. You expect the best from your team and you set the bar at the very top for product quality. You're also someone who wants to get in on the ground floor of a start-up so that you can share in the spoils.

Your skills and knowledge should be heavy in databases, security, Web development and general IT. You strongly favour Open Source operating systems. You should be practiced in running a production environment and have experience in managing skilled technologists. You consider missing deadlines or going over budget a sin. You should also be comfortable talking to people in suits and ties.

Entries must be submitted by 12:00 Noon Pacific Daylight Time, March 31st, 2007. 3. Entries must adhere to the spirit of UF's PG-13 content rating. Watch your language and subject matter. 4. Only artwork from UF's archives may be used. You can cut it up, modify it, whatever you like. 5. Entries must be submitted using the provided cartoon template and font. 6.
