...but: - telepathy doesn't imply empathy - even if it did, the elites would just isolate themselves and be a3holes anyway - all corporate meetings would be replaced by remote meetings so executives could be a3holes and conceal their a3holery until sprung - some idiot would discover and sell a drug that disabled or blunted the effect, so immoral people would just be a3holes again So, really nothing.
