I've identified with him since he first appeared on the scene --- although my card deck all disappeared long ago, and I've given up on a ponytail as well.
I'm a computer science professor at a public university in Pennsylvania, USA. I first met FORTRAN in 1971. I started using Unix around 1982. I've used every version of DOS since 1.00, albeit unwillingly. My favorite languages are assembly, C, and Python.
I like to ski, but I blew out my ACL last November.
I share a house with one spouse and 2.5 (maybe 3) cats.
