Ace acknowledges the successfull link with a nod, & the explanation of the drink being Mint Tea with a pleased smile.
Taking another pull at the glass, he lets the sweet tingle bathe his taste buds in the sparkling & refreshing zing that is the proof of Mother Nature's Ambrosia, and smacks his lips.
Aloud he says to Tiny: "An excellent bouquet, My Good Sir. A vintage to savour & cherish. I look forward to another snifter at the conclusion of our evening."
Via the ComLink he laughs: "No need to appollogize. Caffeinated Sugar is always a welcome repast."
Aloud to Mister X as he stands to leave: "Don't get caught for anything *I* haven't done yet, Chummer!"
Via ComLink: "See you at the nearest entrance to it from here, the better to coordinate our opening gambit."
Aloud to Block: "Do you think we've got time to go home & change before getting started? I feel a bit out of fashion for the crowd we're about to join..."
Via the ComLink: "Just a bit of misdirection to cover what we're REALLY about to do before we get to the meeting point."
A look around the place, a satisfied nod, & finishing off the drink with a smile.
Pushing the empty glass back towards Tiny, palm down over the top to indicate no desire for a refill, Ace shoots him a merry eyed look.
"Aloud & chuckling: "What's a nice guy like you doing in a place like this?"
Via the ComLink with even more amusement: "Is that Elf at the bar seeing anyone? I think I'd like to get to know her better if she's up to making a new friend."
A wink, a smirk, & a cough as he takes a quick look back over his shoulder at her, a comedic "Rawr!" escaping his lips before he can stop it.
An almost violent shake of the head, a pitty-pat slap of his own cheeks, & Ace sits up & leans forward.
Extending a hand to Tiny he says aloud: "It was nice meeting you, Tiny. I look forward to coming back more often. Good music, good drinks, and an awesome view"
(Trying very hard NOT to look at the Elf at the bar)
"is enough to draw me back like a pile of iron filings to an ElectroMagnet."
