| A while back, a young woman tried to park her Hyundai at the curb from the center lane while I was in the right lane in a large city work truck. I punted her across the sidewalk into the storefront. When the cop showed up, her story changed and claimed I had hit her from behind. No one was cited, but she told the same story to her insurances company who tried to sue the city. Luckily, the minor damage to my left front bumper perfectly matched the damage to her left rear corner; once legal sent her insurance company the photos, they dropped the suit. After that day, I bought a dash cam and it goes in whatever vehicle I'm driving. |
