As far as I am informed, there's sugar and fat in ice cream, true, but while you're licking your ice you do a real hard job, so this comsumes lots of calories again, doesn't it? With regard to diets: I think it's better to change one's living habits on a long term base (eat healthy stuff, do some sports) so you don't need to worry to eat sth. 'unhealthy' (i.e. tasty :) now and then. But I'm young and it's easy talking for me, so don't don't take it as wisdom purified... |
